- DIRECTOR
His only phone is a direct line to The President
of the United States. His office is so hidden, only he and the Vampire
knows its location. This man gathers intelligence from the traditional
branches of the CIA and deploys the Vampire to take care of people "unofficially."
He is also responsible for naming "Venereal Disease" - for the
express purpose of "throwing people off." Quite a remarkable
fellow, with one heck of a memory.
